Posted in Jeff Marquez is back in the Yankees system. My one memory about Marquez. After pitching well his first spring start with the Sox 2 years ago, Marquez stepped in front of the media and became, (he thought) the coolest guy in the world. His first words, “It’s chill”. It went down hill from there. After his next start, he was a completely different guy saying, “I really felt good out there”, and “I just want to take one start at a time”. That proved to me that Sox management and veteran players got to him, making him see the error of his ways. Never heard him say chill again.
Lucas Harrell is back with the White Sox
Quoting Forrest Gump, “That’s all I got to say about that”.
